London Update

This is my hotel in London...just got a quick workout in @ the hotel gym (quite nice by European standards...full of Cybex equipment, free weights, good water and clean towels). Dinner last night was here (thanks for the suggestion, Omid!). I've got about a half day more in this cool city, then off to Dublin...
