This extremely comprensive and useful site serves up a directory of most of the customer service numbers you'd ever think to call -- and most notably, provides directions for how to bypass each of the phone tree menus and get directly to a human voice. Genius!

More on sharing...

Thanks to interactions with Ethan, numerous other friends, and an extremely patient Mommy...Ari is well positioned to succeed as the #1 Big Brother in November, when MicroSeed arrives. Yes, we're preggers again and beyond excited! Official due date: Nov. 20th. This time, I intend to take full advantage of Google's very generous paternity leave -- 7 weeks. LB will most definitely need the support while she masters the art of zone defense. This pregnancy is going very well (knock, knock). No, we don't intend to find out. Some surprises are best saved for the delivery room...

Ari said goodbye to his dear friend, Ethan, last week (as did we, to Ethan's mommy and daddy). It's somewhat perplexing (yet amazing) how friendships can develop to be so strong in such a short period of time between young children.

p.s. Ethan, thanks for teaching Ari how to share -- a critical skill he'll need in the very near future!

Le Tour a la Google Earth

The NHL playoffs are over...bay area baseball is somewhat boring this season (steroids, anyone?)...ah, time to tune in to one of my summer favorites -- The Tour de France. This year, I'll follow the race both via TV and the 3D route information available via Google Earth.
